The beauty of the Mausoleum

The beauty of the Mausoleum By Nathalie Corbett It was my first time visiting Queen of Heaven Mausoleum. My first thought was that it was just going to be a lot of tombs. Instead I was impressed by how beautiful it was. There were stain glass windows in every single room. What made it even more beautiful was how the sun was hitting the windows and the reflections were all around the marble floor and walls.   It got me thinking, death is a sad but also beautiful. It’s sad for those on Earth who are losing the ones we care about, but beautiful in the sense that we are finally reunited with God.
